As summer gets underway, I wanted to share some of the exciting progress we’re seeing across the country. From major system-level partnerships to significant gains in student learning, New Classrooms is making meaningful strides toward a future where every student gets the math support they need, when they need it.

Reaching More Students

We’re poised to serve more than double the number of students in the 2025–2026 school year and beyond. In just the past month, we’ve signed multi-year partnerships with the Rhode Island Department of Education and the Miami-Dade County School Board to create custom versions of Teach to One Roadmaps that are fully aligned to their state standards and core curriculum. We’re also expanding to schools in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Chicago, Baltimore, Oakland, Washington DC, and more while deepening our presence in New York City. It’s encouraging to see more school systems commit to personalized pathways in math—meeting students where they are, not just where they’re “supposed” to be.

Changing the Conversation

This spring, we partnered with TNTP to release Unlocking Algebra, a report analyzing the learning progress of 2,000 Algebra I students using Roadmaps. The findings were clear: when students receive targeted support to fill in unfinished learning—including from earlier grades—they are significantly more likely to succeed in Algebra I. The report has generated national attention and sparked considerable interest from districts and policymakers exploring new strategies to accelerate student progress

Policy momentum is also building. This spring, North Dakota and Virginia passed legislation we helped draft to advance personalized, competency-based learning. We’re now working with both states as they begin implementation. Meanwhile, Texas has issued a request for supplemental math products that prioritizes these same principles.

Boosting Student Progress

Our product improvements are paying off. Roadmaps is now easier for teachers to use and more engaging for students—and the results speak for themselves. Over the past year, students using Roadmaps have nearly doubled their learning pace. More teachers are actively integrating the platform into their instruction, and student engagement is rising. These are promising signs that the model is working—and resonating.

Looking Ahead

There’s still much work to do, but the momentum is real—and it’s translating into real results for students and schools. Our focus remains squarely on impact: helping more students catch up and move ahead in math, giving teachers the tools they need to personalize instruction, and supporting school systems ready to embrace change.
